Question about 1989 Jaguar XJ6
Hi can any one help me find the right tool that will help me push on my sub frame bushing on my 1989 jaguar XJ6 front end in the back and where to find it..I look at auto store and no one have it they say it a dealer tool you have to get it not a tool that be store at auto stores or know away to pull them off and push on i have one off because it broke so i hit it out with a hammer and screw driver..slowly

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

i have one of these cars a 4 lt sovereign but i can honestly say i have never touched it ,try from underneath first to see if the outer sheaf has come away from a clamp ?? but i do feel from re reading the question the fault lies under the gearchange ,like the switch mechanism and someone has had one over the top and forced the mechanism.Dont drink and drive because you spill it
