It is your power steering pump. The solution is to replace the P/S fluid resevoir and fill or flush the system.

SOURCE: we need to install a new rear heater hose on our van and are not sure how too do it

I've done this many times
You will need a tubing cutter
Screwdriver
I think a 7 or 8mm socket
hose clamps
the appropriate amount of heater hose
zip ties

cut the steel heater line at the front in a place you can get access to,leave yourself enough steel hose on the rear to allow you to put the heater hose on cut off the steel hose and discard, and use 2 hose clamps on either end do the same for the other heater hose, this way is cheap and easy and permanant.Be sure that when you run the heater hose keep it away from hot or moving parts, use the zip ties to fasten it along the way, this should take about a half hour or so depending on your skills and working conditions, remember to buy some antifreeze to top up the system because you are going to spill some, remember to clean any spills animals love it and it is deadly.

SOURCE: Map light replacement on 2006 Town and Country?

Jun 17, 2009- ok I just looked at it. it is simple.
the lens pivots and presses a switch in on one end to make the light come on. take a butter knife or very small screw driver and reach in between the lens and the black center console. there you will CAREFULLY press a flat tab to the side that is made onto the lens ( I hope you dont break this tab).
on the very opposite position on the clear lens towards the door is where the lens has a tab that has a small hole in it. there is a plastic pin made onto the console trim that fits into this hole so the lens will pivot. this will give you an idea of which direction to pull the lens when you press in the tab,. it does look like it would break easily. I havent had to take mine off yet thankfully.
please visit again and rank this answer if this helps!... good luck

How do I replace a Radiator hose leaking near the dashboard on the passanger side?

If it's leaking inside the vehicle it's not a hose, but more likely your heater core or related connection. Nothing you want to tackle yourself unless you're mechanically inclined. Try some radiator seal and if that fails , look for a trusted mechanic.

Heater not working

if you mean heater not blowing hot air check coolant level if ok check the hoses that go into the passenger fire wall they hook up to the heater core they should both be hot if not could be heater core needs to be back flushed. if its the blower they have a resister next to the blower they start on 2 or 3speed than they just quit

My heater hoses have been removed and bypassed. I need a heater hose diagram for my 1998 chrysler town and country van with a 3.8 L. I don't know which hose will plug into which heater core tube

That's easy

Drive around back of a dealer, walk in the open
service bay doors & ask a tech to come out &
tell you.

I walk into dealers all the time, anywhere I want to go,
& never get stopped

If your questioned your just looking for the parts dept & leave

96 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY THE PASSENGER SIDE FLOOR IS SOAKING WET THE HEATER CORE IS ON DRIVER SIDE WHAT COULD BE LEAKING

heater core is actually centered behind controls- plumbing connections are on passenger side-look in engine compartment for leak first- loose clamp or split hose- then go to core- can try BAR's Leak first if not a hose problem
