You have to take the inside pannel off and get behind it. There will be a pannel you will need to take off to get to the inside of the door. There is a plastic clip that holds the rod to the door latch. It is probley broke and let the rod fall out. You can get these at any auto parts store. Clip it back into place and you should be ready to go.

Left rear turn signal and brake light not working. fuse is good, bulb is good. back-up lights work.

I have a 2007 Chevy Express with the same problem. Just happened. Brake and turn signal not working on left side. Fuses good, bulbs good (dual element lamp, turn signal and break are same element) running lights work (other element) Relay blinks fast and not getting voltage at light for blinker or brake. Is there something else in the circuit I need to check. Took it to an ASE mechanic and he couldn't or didn't want to fix it. THANKS Let you know if I fix it tomorrow.

2002 Chevy Express Van>>>>with headlights off--the rear left taillight works, but no right. When the brakes are stepped on, both taillights don't work. Also, the little lights under the back doors are out. Also, some lights are dim>>rear only.
