SOURCE: Honda CRV 2002 air conditioning not cold and was just charged,

Did you have compressor checked to make sure it is not the problem? Or did you just charge due to lack of cool air? Some parts stores can check it. Garages too.. If not the prob let me know..

SOURCE: air conditioning is on when defrost is selected

That's normal. When defrost is on, it uses AC to remove condensation in vehicle to allow for faster defrosting.

My brother in law just changed my belt in my ford windstar. My air conditioning isnt working now, it only blows cold air from the windshield area fans, not in the front. Where is my air conditioning...

I've been working on the same problem today. I plugged the 2 vacum lines behind the rightmost control switch, the one for the rear and viola I get air out of the front. Went to the junk yard and got a replacement control panel. That didn't help. So for now I put tape over the vacum lines for air. Not sure what the real problem is yet. Anyone?

2000 ford windstar---I turned the airconditioner on and had none, also the circulating fan for air doesn't come on. Checked fuses and seemed to be O.K. Perplexed in Las Vegas

switch or blower motor resistor. you can jump the wiring to the blower motor to see if it works. if it does, its likely the blower motor resistor or less likely the switch.

if it has climate control air conditioning, then it is likely the module(s) and you will have to have it checked out.

My rear air conditioning does not work, it blows extremely hot air, can this be recharged & if so where do I do this

it is your blower motor switch / a/c vacuum selector both of these are the turn knobs are on the console. had the same problem. when it switches the back on there is not enough suction from the vaccum line to open the door for the air in the rear.
