If you have the tire pressure monitoring system, the sensors are located in each tire valve stem. They can be recalibated by following instructions in the owners manual. If you (like I) bought used and the tires were changed the sensors could be missing. I found some on ebay. If you have the sensors you can go to the dealer and they can recalibrate them for you.

Most likely have a pressure sensor bad. Have you had the tires replaced recently? The sensors are easy to damage when mounting and dismounting tires.

The service tire monitor warning can come on for many reasons. A sensor may have gone bad, may have been broken if a tire was changed recently, the car needs an updated module and antenna. The system woiuld need to be looked at by a technician.

SOURCE: Tire monitor reset 1999 Corvette
You can do this if you have a strong magnet. Go through the options menu until the screen is clear with the key on engine off. Then hold the reset button until it says key fob learn. I think it was the e/m button I hit to go to the next screen. Then it has the tire relearn procedure. It will tell you which tire to put the magnet on. Place magnet by the valve. it should beep. go to each tire in the order it tells you and you're done.
