SOURCE: engine fan keeps running

It's possible that the fan control relay is intermittently sticking causing the fans to run continuously. This can overheat and subsequently blow the fuse. Try replacing the relay and see if anything changes.

Hope this helps.

SOURCE: my car keeps overheating..the radiator

When the radiator fans stop working. It is usually the temperature control sensor, the wiring to it or the fans. It could also be a relay or fuse. but thats low on the list. The TCS is located by the thermostat on the intake. It has to actually touch the coolant,it has a small plug and is threaded into the metal.it is made out of brass.
Never drive your car hot it could lead to more trouble. The sensors, the hoses, head gaskets , many thing could happen.

well it would be a good guess that if u don't see a leak the coolant is going into the combustion chamber through a blown head gasket.

I think you got hold of a batch of stale gasoline, have seen it many times. This happens this time of year because they are using up all the winter blend gas so they can switch to the summer blend..

2011 Camaro engine miss-firing

Very hard to diagnose without trouble codes, but sounds like a fuel problem - bad gas, fuel filter plugging, fuel pressure regulator acting up, etc. I would certainly check fuel pressure at the engine with key on but not started, and then while trying to start.

According with your comments (in other question), it's very difficult to tell how much longer it might be going this intermittent problem. You have informed about suspicions of failure in the NSS (Neutral Safety Switch)?

Other symthoms there? I could adventure to test the security system or some re-synchonized setting.

are you sure its not your fan belts? because if fan belts are not turning, it means that the engine is off. check if the tension in your fan belts are still ok. if not, have it re tensioned. if noise is still present, have it changed.

Electric fans do not work. Fuses OK Motors also run if hooked up directly.

If the fans work when hooked up directly. this indicates that the fan motors are okay. The next step is to check if the coolant temperature sensor (usually located near the thermostat housing) to see if it sending a signal to the relay when the engine temperature goes above normal. This part is inexpensive and easily replaced; throw one in if you still have the original. A second sensor (or switch) may need to be checked; this is the radiator fan switch. These two usually work as a "team" in managing engine temperatures; one switch tells the computer and the instrument gauge what temperature your engine is operating in, while the other responds by sending a signal to the radiator fan relay to "kick on" the fan.

Lastly, the radiator fan relay itself may have burned out. I usually try to switch out identical relays to determine if this is the problem.

Hope this helps.

You've made the correct decision. Let the dealership diagnose the issue. They'll tell you EXACTLY what the problem is and what's needed to fix it (parts, labor, tax, time-frame, etc.).
