loosen the bolt that is holding the adjuster of the alternator. loosen the belt by pulling it and the alternator would slide in. remove and replace the belt.
do the reverse on installation.
remember to tighten all bolts of the adjuster and alternator after tightening the belt.

The fuel filter is located on the firewall, in front of the driver side of the car, very low.
PLEASE NOTE: This can be a real exercise in frustration, as the filter and the threads from the fuel pipe usually lock themselves together. Removing the filter almost always destroys the threads, on the fuel delivery tube, and you may have to replace the fuel line to the tank. I am telling you this up front so if and when you remove the filter, you can expect a 96% chance of needing to replace the fuel line to the tank.
In short, if you are not 100% sure that the filter REALLY needs changed, don't do it. This can be a REALLY big job, and really expensive. If the car is just running poor, the fuel filter is the LAST thing that will cause you problems.

SOURCE: FUEL PUMP REPLACEMENT
the last one i did was under the backseat on the driver side. look for some wires going into a black cover. peel the cover off and remove the screws. be sure too disconnect the connecter. lift out the assembly, carefull not to bend the float bar. if you have a whole new assembly, connect and replace. if you just have the pump, pull out the old one, and replace with the new one. install exactly how you removed, only in reverse. if the fuel pump is not under the seat, then you have to drop the tank, and do the above procedure.
