If its all of the cyls then your timing chain may be off or the ignition system is failing in some way (improperly wired or not working to necessary power) if you had work done recently, take it back and tell them whats wrong, if not, take it somewhere anyways :p

SOURCE: Audi A6 Misfires

You may have a coil pack going bad. They're on the front top of the engine - you'll see them if you follow the spark plug wires back. Do you have any codes from having the engine scanned? If you can get it scanned (AutoZone will do it free), post the codes up and we'll see which cylinder(s) are misfiring. From there, you can swap coilpacks around and see whether the misfires follow the packs or stay in the original cylinders. If they move, you have a bad coil pack or two. If they don't, since you've already changed plugs and wires, I'd see about having the injectors diagnosed to see if any of them are failing.

SOURCE: 2001 audi a4 CEL came on

I would start with the cylinder 4 spark plug and make sure it look good and is firing correctly.  After that I would look either at the final coil, ignition module and then o2 sensor.  These problems are so hard to diagnose and are trial and error so much of the time.

check all plugs and check to see if there oil in any of the cylinders if your valve covers have not been replaced there could be oil in there and ruin the plug first try changing all plugs i recommend ngk's plat or iridium if it returns you need find witch cyl or if its 3 or more couls be coil packs or icms located on top of the air box if you have 2.7T

01 Audi A6 p0351 p0352 and p0353

Look at fuel trim on a professional scanner

You still have the same codes for the same cylinder
misfires,IF the codes are correct

The misfires could come from valve issues, the valves themselves
or the variable cam actuators if that applies,or from fuel issues, but
not as likely on all three cyl on same bank

You need to do a cylinder leak down test on all cylinders--to eliminate mechanical issues

Then a cylinder contribution test electrically with scope software

Then scope the timing events, the cam advance events, the crank
position, all layered on the same screen & see if they line
up where they belong.

If the cams are not the issue, then your left with a serious vacuum
leak in the intake on one bank.

What I'm saying, is you have one bank with misfires apparently
not now from the ignition since the coils were replaced

When I accellerate in my audi a6 2002 is stutters a little bit until i get to about 50mph and it rides smooth? What is the problem?

Very likely a bad ignition coil bit could be as simple as a foouled spark plug. Try to get access to a VAG-COM diagnostic tool, or take it to a shop that can check the fault codes and figure out which cylinder is misfiring.

It could also be an ignition sensor, mine went out and the car kept misfiring. Once I had it replaced that took care of the misfiring issue.
