Question about 2011 Hyundai Elantra
The tire pressure light on my 2011 Elantra will not shut off after tires were all checked for air. How can I turn it off manually. At one time we could disconect the battery cable.

Take it to the dealer, any faults should be repaired under warranty with such a new vehicle. One thing to look out for: Have you had a puncture recently and had it repaired? Or any tyre work done? The sensors are located inside the rim and can easily be damaged by someone removing or refitting tyres carelessly. If the sensor is damaged in this manner there will be no warranty coverage, but you might be able to get the tyre company to pay for it (if you can prove they damaged it).

I'd like to disable this also. Mine has been on for a few months now for no apparent reason. I hope there is a way to disable this light permanently.

This info is listed on a decal inside the driverside door jam. It will list the recommended tire size and air pressures for your vehicle.
