Your asking for someone without the car to road test & examine to guess for you. You also want to do half the job or as you say solution in order to resolve. I t doesn't work that way & when you don't do all your own work then a $100 job for parts can get expensive

Probably the stabilizer bar system has a broken component, letting the McPherson come rearward a little and taking away your camber.Been there...suffered that!!

You see, when you hit the brake, the axle naturally will try to come backwards, but the stabilizer(sway) bar holds it forward to keep your camber correct while stopping and accelerating. don-ohio (:^)

Brakes only require machining & such about every 3 years

I do take them apart once a year --to remove rust, inspect & lube,
as a perfectionist-- I say.

So you need a new brake guy

Answer is::: Very poor & sloppy-- who knows what has been
done to your brakes

Next was anything or I should say the complete front suspension,
drive axles,motor & transaxle mounts,struts,everything under there
every checked for worn parts.

I don't want to say you neglect things, but you need to be pro active
& really know what is done, when you ask for a service & pay for your
questionable services

Thank you though you r dead on. "

When breaking, my break pedal begins to pulsate when stopping. Also, the steering wheel begins to shake when breaking.

Usually a sign one of the front brake rotors is out of round. It could also be something wrong with the abs but I doubt it.

When i drive it it shakes really bad it has new tires and have hade them balensed severl times

The front end of the vehicle has several parts that cause the front end to shake. Have you had the front end checked for bad tie rod ends, That is the most common problem.Another thing when does it shake? If it shakes while applying the brakes it could be the rotors need to be turned or it could be both the tie rod ends or the rotors.

Frontend shakes when braking, sometimes - have

The actual disc rotors have warped with heat (eg, driving with foot lightly on brake pedal). Easy fix, take it to a brake shop and get them to true the rotors. In New Zealand, we have guys that come to you to do it but essentially, they use a lathe and trim disc provided it doesn't go below manufacturers specs for thickness.

Truck shakes severely when on the brakes

Your front brake rotors are warped. Remove them, see if they are turnable. (Metal brake lathe at auto repair shop, or auto machine shop)

The rotors have a minimum thickness. You cannot lathe them any thinner than this minimum thickness, or your safety will be at risk. (A reputable shop wouldn't even begin to ->Think about turning a rotor undersize. If they do this, and you are hurt, or killed, or someone else, they are liable!)

Your front brake rotors are like the shape of a thick disk, right? You have brake pads on both sides of this disk.

If the rotor is warped, you will have a thick edge on one side, and a thinner edge on the other side. (You're viewing the rotor from the edge)
As you apply your brakes the brake pads they squeeze against the rotor. They squeeze against the thinner edge, then suddenly the thick edge comes around.
This makes you brakes grab momentarily, then as the thin edge comes back around, the brakes let go.

Grab, let go, grab, let go. This is the teeth chattering stop effect, that occurs.

If the rotors can be turned, fine. If not, they will have to be replaced with new ones.

One more thing. As time goes by, this chattering effect when you are stopping, has put severe wear on your front end parts. You may have a bunch of front end parts that are badly worn. This is why it's imperative to have this problem fixed as soon as possible.

There is also the safety issue. What if you can't stop in time in an emergency situation? Either your life, and/or someone else's may be endangered.

Front end shakes bad when I brake

My dear if according to you,

You've replaced tie rod ends, lower ball joints, sway bar links, struts and strut ends, and the warped brake rotors and the issue is still at hand; then you ought to consider replacing the hubs.

Good luck.
