SOURCE: ford f350 7.3l diesel carnks but won't start

Check your battery voltage while cranking. If it's too low, the electronics won't work and the injectors won't fire. If the batteries are down a bit, there won't be enough power to turn the engine over fast enough to start. It needs a minimum of 100 rpm and 8 volts while cranking. You also might try waiting till you're sure the GPR has dropped out. That takes the GP load off the batteries and may get the voltage up enough to get it to start, oh and also does the tach move when you're cranking? If not, then chances are the CPS is the culprit.

SOURCE: Glow plug indicator blinking

Your glow plugs are going bad and need to be replaced. This is a sign to you that they are basically running all the time because they dont know that thye are heated up and the car is running. Common problem with diesels

In TATA Safari Dicor ,After starting My Car's Engine ,The Check Engine Indicator Blink's & the Vehicle Pickup Drop's When It get's On i just Wanted To Know weather it harm's my car's Engine much

That sounds like a problem that could become worse if ignored. It might also be a plugged fuel filter or bad O2 sensor. Get the codes checked and see whats needed to correct the problem.
Those are the two things i can possibly think may be wrong, wither something in the fuel system or a bad sensor.
