That feature is called rolling locks.
In order to program the rolling door locks you will need to do the following procedure (listed on page 10 of the owners manual).
1. Close all of the doors.
2. Place the key in the ignition and cycle the key from the OFF to the ON position for a total of 4 to 5 times, ending in the ON position, do not start the engine.
3. Press the driver's side power lock switch to LOCK the doors within 30 seconds of cycling the key.
4. You will hear a single chime when programming is complete.
5. To cycle the feature on/off repeat the procedure.

Sliding doors will not unlock or lock with remote or inside buttons. does not automatically lock with other doors when 15 mph is reached. both doors do open and shut when already unlocked using remote.

On each door there is a connection that senses when the door is closed. If this sensor is dirty, then it will impact the locking of the door. You should also inspect your fuse panel for blown fuses

Automatic door locks are not working on 1999 ford expedition

If the button is not locking the doors then its most likely a connection problem with the button.
If you are talking about the automatic door locks that lock the doors when the car hits 5 or 10 mph then its probably because they aren't turned on which they can be turned on very easily.

Noisy door locks

Hi my name is Allen!

The sound you are hearing is a built-in solenoid inside of the door latch itself, the part to replace will be the door latch or all latches that are making the noise.

Automatic door locks 15 mph or above

I have had this problem once before. I solved it by resetting the "automatic locks" setting on the overhead console...first turned this off and then turned it back on a day later and the locks worked again fine.
