Question about 1998 Chevrolet Malibu
If you look at the front bumper, close to the bottom there is a hole, go through it up towards where the light is you should feel the wires meeting the back of the light assembly. You simply unscrew it about 1/4 turn, it will feel loose and no longer locked in place. Pull it down to the hole where you can see how to unplug it easier. Getting it back in the hole is a little harder. but you might want to test it before going to the trouble of putting it back in place to ensure you changed the correct one too.
