ABS relay failure or circuit failure is about as much as i can find out. It appears the relay is part of the ABS control unit and not serviceable separately.

SOURCE: abs and brake light on

Start by clearing all codes and driving the van until abs light returns then scan and start with the first code that you get on scan tool. i've seen this many times where a bad speed sensor that cust drive with abs light on for a few days or week the computer begins to store all sort of codes, also be sure to check the preasure sensor on the master.

SOURCE: 02 F150 4.2 BUCKING AND SKIPPING, 4 CODES, P1152,

An additional clarification to terian_5's suggestion of checking the vacuum lines, usually the rubber elbow on the back of the throttle body gets cracks in it.
Remove the plastic throttle body cover, and check the rubber elbow, and the vacuum line for this. You might have to look close, sometime they are hard to see.

Ignore the IAC notation in this picture, it is the best one I have that shows the rubber elbow, it is the elbow right below the text

This is ~ 20.00 ( + tax/ship ) from Ford to get a new one. Replace this, clear the codes and do 2 driver cycles ( steady throttle up to 47 mph min, back to a stop and back up to 47 mph again ).
If you do not have a code scanner to clear the codes, disconnect the battery fro ~ 10 min, reconnect battery, start let idle to warm up, and do 2 drive cycles.

I have 16 codes showing up for my 02 Windstar. Can you tell me what part I might actually have to change?

A data stream run at private shops will pinpoint issue. It uses xpensive factory gear. But tech must hav xperienc in deducing readout. A cheap code scanner just gives a general direction

You need a repair shop to properly diagnose why you have any codes

You can Google all your asking-- but certainly can not diagnose & repair
without experience

Ford F150 2 wheel drive with ABS Light on. How do

Some auto parts stores will read the codes for free, such as AutoZone. Without the code, it's hard to guess. For example, it could be any of the four wheel sensors.
