Then as you have seen-- if you work on it yourself,
all the play should be in the caliper pin bore,not wear
on the pin.

Have to replace calipers & the rebuilts may be just as

Replace brake pads

Remove wheels. Remove calpers and extract worn pads. Open bleed screw on calper and using suitable tool ( G clamp ect) push the piston all the way back in. Close of bleeder screw. Check that the disc (rotor) is in good condition and fit pads in reverse to the way you removed them taking care that all antireattlle devices are correctly fitted., REfitting is reverse to dissasembly. Rear pads are more difficult to do because of the hand brake mechanism

I replaced the rear brake calper and the emergcy brake dosent work on that side

pump up the brake pedal a few times, hard as you can, it should self adjust.
