Year, make, model, engine size?

Checking fuses with a test light is the easiest way. within 20 seconds you can check all the fuses and know if one is burnt out.

It looks like there are only a handful of fuses in your fuse block. Pull them out one at a time. You will be able to see if one is blown.

I have 2006 taurus and no manual or labels on fuses need to know what fuse is for radio

The fuse you want to check is the F1-17 fuse in the battery junction box. This is the radio fuse.
The number F1-17 fuse is the red/yellow power wire at the radio. If the fuse is good pull the radio and check the red/yellow wire for power in, if you have power in , then suspect a bad radio. My next step would be to remove the radio and check the power wire going into the radio (red/yellow) . If you have power there, then the radio is likely bad. Ford has had major problems with the radios.

More than one radio fuse??

Depending on the make model and year, you may have two power sources. One for radio memory, and one for radio operation.
The memory could be tied into the cig lighter or other circuit.

I left my battery running, and when when i jump started my car, my radio stopped working, im not sure if its a fuse problem, and if it is which fuse is for the radio?

you probably had ur radio on while you was getting the jump check the inside of the fuse box cover for the location of the fuse for your your radio if the fuse is not blown, if you radio is not the factory radio you may have to have the radio removed from the bracket and check the fuse behind the radio.
