Question about 2005 Buick LaCrosse
Was told the car looked like it had been submerged. bought the car new never submerged. this supposed submergence has caused break harness corrosion.
I guess giving tax payer money to GM was a waste
Have to just take apart the offender & spend hours
cleaning the corrosion

It is very hard to see, its back and underneath the altenator, use a flashlight to find it buried under wires and tubes.

Start simple. Investigate your fuses, since it is unlikely, but not unheard of, for both low beams to fail simultaneously.
Do you know where your fuses are?

No a Plugged fuel filter would not cause more fuel consumption but would lead to damage to the injectors and the fuel pump, and is much cheeper than the fuel pump or injectors. And I believe you mean Flex plate broke? And I do believe you should check with the dealer this unit should have a 100,000 drive train warrenty and they should kick in on the transmisson.

Both my remotes no longer work. I will be ordering new ones off Ebay and having my dealer program them. New ones from Buick are very pricey.
