SOURCE: On a 2003 Ford Econoline 3/4 ton E250, replaced

The blower is bad,or the blower switch, normaly, the blower resister only controls lower speeds,so check the switch, and the blower.

Make sure the knob is actually turning the switch, these brake on Ford cars/trucks all the time. Check fuses, check blower motor relay,Check for power at blower motor, verify resistors are functioning properly, replace blower motor.

BLOWERMOTOR

Is there a blower resistor module and/or relay? The blower resistor module often has a zener diode that burns out over time.(If you find this issue, see if you have a plugged up cabin air filter also).

My heater blower will not work on my 2002 Grand Am. I have checked the two fuses on each side panel and put a meter and even a new blower motor and no reading or power to the new motor.

Power for the blower starts at the fuse, goes thru the HVAC control panel, then the resistor block, then thru the high speed blower relay, then to the motor.
You should have voltage at the resistor and at the relay.

Blower stopped working on 1998 ford galaxy, ran wires to blower direct and works!Could it be resistor or ellectronic control unit, how could i check?

check for voltage at the blower motor on all settings. if no voltage check the blower motor resistor or relay. if it has a resistor it will be right beside the blower motor, if it has a relay it will be the relay on the firewall under the hood.it will probably have a purple, orange, blue, and black wires. as you said it works directly.it can be resistor or relay.the blower is fine. thanks.

Front blower motor doesn't work, rear does

check or replace your front blower motor resistor. this is the most common problem aside from a bad blower switch. you could also try to recalibrate your system but that usually doesn't work. I'm betting on the resistor.
