I had the same problem. It's the flasher relay under the dash way up at the top of the panel and a ***** to get at! I removed the panel. its about 1.5"x1.5" and has 9 blades. you'll know it cause its taller than all the rest. Some people say you can pop them open and resolder
I have the same problem... If you have the auto climate control like I do there is a resistor at the bottom of the HVAC assembly right where the passengers foot would go. Be careful playing with these wires but you can wiggle them around and sometimes it worksish. But I've seen jeeps that the entire inside has burnt out because of that wiring. It is hard to find this part without going to the dealership stores say they can order it and then call later and say they cant. But you have to replace both the wiring and the heater resistor which will be a good days worth of work.
your heater core is leaking its not fog on your windows its from the antifreeze having same problem so im replacing it myself but having problems getting the dash off its a head ache the heater core costs 91.99 at autozone i priced the job at a few shops and it runs between 7 and 900 dollars.good luck man
