Have you checked the coolant level? If it's a little bit low, it may not fill the heater core enough for heat. It's also bad for the engine, so it's good to check from time to time.

My 2002 Chrysler Concorde LX heater just stopped blowing hot air, fan and all works fine, engine cooling system works fine, just no heat.

as I remember there is a actuator that is controlled by the switches in side of car, under the hood, hose from engine goes to it, it will get weaker and will tend to fail

No heat

first check to make sure the coolant level is full.

if it is than try back flushing the heater core.

If back flushing the heater core works have the cooling system flushed.

Last year replaced water pump and timing belt then little heat

You may have air in your system, being pumped through a bad head gasket or craked head.
Please see my TIPS page to diagnose the problem. Please let me know what you find.

2002 taurus, power windows all stopped working at once along with lighted window switches. Drivers window stuck down. Relay was hot! Also heater blows cool air, started doing this after I added radiator...

LOOK FOR BLOWN WINDOW CIRCUIT BREAKER.YOU HAVE A SHORT IN WINDOW SWITCH OR BAD WINDOW ELECTRIC MOTOR.YOUR HEAT PROBLEM IS A STOPPED UP HEATER CORES.THE STOP LEAK STOP ITS HEAT.THE STOP LEAK HAS STOPPED OR PLUGGED YOUR HEATER CORE SO COOLANT CANT PASS THROUGH IT.YOU GOING HAVE TO FIX RADIATOR LEAK AND REPLACE HEATER CORE TO GET HEAT AGAIN.

88 Celica has no heat. AC works fine. Any ideas

the a-c and heater run on 2 different systems the heater needs coolant going thru the heater core to make heat by blowing air through it and the a-c uses it's own sealed system to cool the air so if you have no heat / it has nothing to do with the a-c working or not . first thing you do is check the cooling system like rad and coolant levels . you will have heater core hoses running from the engine to the firewall going to the heatercore . grab the heater core hose and feel if it's hot . if your hoses are hot then the heater core is bad or the blending doors are stuck .

No heat from heater.water level is full thermostat is working & there isn't an airlock. AC works fine control switch seems to be OK. Can tell slight difference when switching from cool to heat, only...

Seems like you have checked everything. Now you can basically pinpoint the heatcore as the problem. They do go bad. No heat in car, this would be your problem
