Priced new output speed sensor €190, went to breakers yard, found similar sensor on mitsubsihi carisma, purchased €20, fitted same no problems since. Touch wood!

I had the same problem on my 2006 Lucerne and it was the engine mount located on the front of the vehicle behind the radiator.

had exactly the same problem with mine, its in my mates garage as we speak. he had to take the engine out open the gear box and check the bearings. All the bearings were worn !!!! had to buy a wole bearing kit, £170 . plus labour, lot cheaper than getting it reconditioned by specialists!!! they wanted £1000 for doing exactly what my mate has done for me. First thing i would try...... ISOHEET, Red bottle..... allows water to be mixed into the fuel and be burnt out of the tank.
get a good qaulity fuel injection cleaner, if you can locate the brand MALCO, i found it quite succesful..... and go with a full tank of premium fuel such as ammoco or shell......do not use yellow bottle of heet
