your going to have to be more specific but there is a such thing as a flex pipe its rite under where the driver seat is under the car it connects to the exhaust they usually go back and the car gets really noisy if you look under the car they look like a pipe thats weaved metal like a basket but its a flex pipe.

hi what type of noise is it is it an exhaust blow or a metal vibrasion if its a blow it will be a manifold gasket [either to the exhaust to manifold or manifold to head] possible crack in manifold if its a metal vibrasion it will be the manifold tin cover burned through where it bolts on

is your ac compressor located on the left side as well and also try your ac if its not blowing to cold the rattling could be your ac clutch on the compressor if that is you will have to get a new clutch kit from your local auto parts store to fix it

White smoke out of the exhaust is one indication that the head gasket is blown. Another is to start the car and check the oil on the dipstick. If it's frothy or looks like a milkshake, this is another indication of a blown head gasket. The milky appearance indicates that coolant is in your engine, caused by a bad head gasket. So does mine,when you set the temperature you want the automatic temp control runs at high speed to either reduce or increase temp but should reach temp required within about 5 minutes.
