u take the old line and get a tubing bender and approx the right length of brake line and bend it up to fit. U will also need a double flare tubing flare tool, about $50

I have a STRONG suggestion. Go to InLine. This place has all the stuff you need to do this right!
I've got a 94' full size extra cab (rotted inside the frame). I replaced ALL the hard (steel) plumbing for $120, and they're all pre-bent to MFG spec's (even better in some places). Just a suggestion, also replace the rear plungers. If you still have a "soft brake" replace the flex-lines to the front calipers. Total cost, about $150, with fluid.
Hope this helps!

Did you check the fuses, the location should be by the left side driver side next to your feet. There also one under the hood. the user manual that came with the car will tell you which fuses does what.

If there is nothing rubber, or no fuel lines around lines, a plumber's torch can be used to heat and expand connections. Carefully.

1998 Chevy Blazer rear Tailgate door will not open electrically. Can hear solenoid trying to release the window but window remains locked. Tried to push and pull on the door to no avail. Could not locate...

Had the same problem and I did manage to get the inside panel off, which you have to with force, and found that the lock/latch had broken. I could get it to release, silver metal latch, when using my finger. You will have to take it to someone to replace this unless you can do it yourself. I did not have mine replaced due to auto accident which totalled my dear blazer so I can not give you any further details. Hope this helps you!!

in order to replace a breakline you must first measure the line then go to your nearest autoparts store and give them the measurements of the line and inform them what vehicle its going in to. then with a wrench disconnect both ends of the line. then replace it with a new one. make sure no liquid drips off of the other brakeline. then fill up the mastercylinder which is located under the hood. thats where you fill it up with brake fluid.then have someone pump the brakes 5 times holding on to the brakes loosen a nipple on the disk brake or drum depending where the line is located its with a 10mm depending on the vehicle while still pressing the brakes tighten the nipple. then redo the pumping until all the air is out the liquid will start to purge out. remember to fill the master cylinder.
