Sounds like a drive belt. With the car off, rub each belt on the underside of the belt, one at a time, with wax from a candle or crayon.Cover the entire width of the belt and 10 to 12 inches of it's length then start the car. If it is the noisy belt it will change or eliminate the noise.Do this for each belt shutting off the engine each time.Change all the belts even if you find just one bad one as the others won't be far behind.

Could be the belt(s).
If not that, could be a loose hose coming from the turbo. If it build boost and the hose is loose, it'll chirp. At least, it would on my turbo bike. Sounded like a balloon releasing air when the neck is pinched.

Sounds like your serpentine belt is dried out.Replace your belt make sure belt tensioner is ok,or you can make sure that it is your belt by using a old candle or belt dressing that you can purchase from your local parts store. While engine is running VERY carefully touch the candle to the ribbed side of the belt and let the wax rub off onto the belt the squeak or chirp should change or go away.Or just spray the belt dressing on per the directions on the can.

I had a similar issue on mine kept hering chirping from vents or dash, eventually it turned into a chirp with random "knock". took me forever to figure out it was the fan for the ac because of the speed change when driving but turned out to be related to the air comming in through the vents the faster i drove the faster fan blades wobbled. anyhow i poped the fan motor out and there were some leaves and stuff in the fan blades, i just cleaned it up a bit and it all stopped.
