Maybe the power oil container need to be changed ..and check the power circle to see if oil is running through the pipes .

Do you have another key to try and if so is the problem still there? If it is, the ignition cylinder is worn and will have to be replaced. It will be cheaper to have this cylinder replaced while the key is still able to turn. When the key is unable to turn, the labor cost goes up as well as more parts may be needed as the cylinder needs to turn in order for it to be disassembled and re[placed

Most likely you have power assist. Either the pack and pinion died, or you lost power and /or ground to it.

Could be the power steering pump is bad.

Heated seats are optional on most Tahoe's. Look in your owner's manual to see where the control would be if yours has them. Normally, the control is located on the dash near the heater controls and will be an emblem showing a seat with red squiggly lines running through it. Some other models have the control located to the left of the steering wheel on the lower dash.

that is what we called dragging when you replace the clutch did you check the pressure plate? it tends to worn the plate with the lining so when you replace the lining it touches an uneven surfaces thats why it hesitates if its not too late when replacing the clutch include the pressure place release bearings and all the knick knacks that goes with so you'll a have a trouble free clutch

When parking the car, do you feel the vibration when the steering if fully turned? If it's fully turned then it's just normal.

The car tends to vibrate when the wheel is fully turned. Sometimes you'll notice that the rpm drops too which is just normal.
