Is you engine light on? if so what are the DTC codes?

Also we need to know what symptoms it has, your freeze frame doesnt look that abnormal IMHO.

Left and right banks are slightly awry but not by that much and that may swing back and forth frame to frame....

Look for engine codes stored on your computer. You must have a scan tool there so use that to check. Even if your engine light is not yet on there may be pending codes which your scan tool can see. Also if the engine light doesnt come on at key "ON" (before u crank...) the bulb may have gone in the dash. The scan tool will still see the codes though.

O2 sensors are good for 80 to 100k miles. a simple test for an O2 sensor is to remove it and shake it. If it makes any type of rattle noise then replace it. Also while the )2 sensor is out you can run a back pressure test.

2001 mercury sable diagnostic code p0420

Well the code 125 means the engine is not reaching normal temp which is usually a faulty thermostat.
Code 420 is for a faulty catalytic converter. The code means the O2 sensors are not sending the signals the computer is looking for to gauge the operation of the cat.
Fixing the cooling problem could help the cat, or you may have to replace one or both sensors, and maybe the catalytic converter.
The code 125 needs to be addressed first.

I have a 1999 ford explorer sport 4.0 vin E sohc 6cyl. My engine light keeps coming on, I have changed the fuel filter, o2 sensopr,& pcv valves, My question is what is the next step in solving thi

Those particular engines are EXTREMELY sensitive to vacuum leaks. This is also consistent with your P0174 system bank #2 lean. You need to replace your intake gaskets. They are easy to replace yourself, if you plan on doing the job yourself. Has campaign 00M12 been done on your vehicle? If not, the go to your local Ford dealer parts department, order the kit part # YL2Z-9E473-AA. In this kit, you get upper and lower intake gaskets (which are made out of rubber), updated bank #2 timing chain tensioner, oil pressure restricter & oil gallery plug.

the po300 code is for a cylinder misfire, usually followed by a last number of 1 2 3 ect, showing which cylinder is misfiring, normally this can be fixed by installing a new set of plugs, the po171 code could be this
  • The MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor is dirty or faulty. Note: The use of "oiled" air filters may cause the MAF to become dirty if the filter is over-oiled. There is also an issue with some vehicles where the MAF sensors leak the silicone potting material used to protect the circuitry.
  • There could be a vacuum leak downstream of the MAF sensor. you cleaned that but it could be fouling out you could also have this happening
    • Inspect all vacuum and PCV hoses, replace if necessary
    • Check for a dirty fuel filter and proper fuel pressure

Oldsmobile Delta 88, Idles High on Cold start with DTCs

Sounds like a vacumn leak. Gasket under intake plenum may be leaking. Be sure the pcv valve has the o-ring around it in the correct place also as it will set a code.

2000 Toyota Corolla P0171

When the fuel trim is high teens or in the 20s then its the MAF that the problem. If fuel trim is normal, 2-5 then its the O2 sensor.

MAF-
Buy "Electrickleen" at the parts store.
Remove the MAF sensor, WHILE COLD, and blast the wire inside with cleaner.
The "hotwire" gets gummed up and changes the resistance of the wire so you get a bad input to the ecu and it trys to lean out for a rich condition that doesnt exsist. When it cant adjust anymore it trips the po171 code.
