ON 2006 CXL LUCERNE 4.6 THE LIGHT AND BELL KEEPS GOING OFF SAYING "SERVICE STABILITRAX" AND THE AUTO KEEPS TRYING TO PUT ON BRAKES. wHAT CAN I DO?

You don't use a vehicle like that,
it is unsafe

You have a shop diagnose the ABS System Codes
& find a problem with that system, the same way you
have had all vehicle problems taken care of for decades

Doesn't matter what your vehicle problems are

The diagnostic approach is always the same, don't
need to ask what is this or that, the codes pretty much
point you in some direction.

We are looking into buying a 2007 Buick Lucerne CXL v-6 with 89,000 miles. What type issues are we looking at? I noticed it has a timing chain, when do they need to be changed, if it breaks what type of...

A very nice comfortable automobile:) No concerns with timing belts...no other major concerns...they hold resale value well don't they:) At 89,000 miles you early maintenance concerns will be have the brakes been replaced...have the front rear struts been replaced? Tranny fluid filter serviced yet? Also should replace plugs and wires by 100,000, also look at wear on serpentine belt...coolant serviced? These are minor concerns, but will definitely affect your enjoyment of this premium Buick:)

I need to see the order of the cylinders to replace the ignition coils in a 2006 buick lucerne v8

The 4.6 engine should be the same as Cadillac, so the odd cylinders are next to the windshield. Number 3 would be second from the passenger side.
