Well yes you may be right you can check dead battery or bad starter or bad starter silanoid......

Simply go to store and purchase an A/C recharge kit. 1997 Honda Passports generally use the lesser toxic R13 refrigerant. Following directions from this site should help: http://autorepair.about.com/od/regularmaintenance/ss/AC-recharge.htm
