I believe its 50 ft/lbs for the nut and the lock nut. If you're talking about a 4x4, if it's a 2wd and you mean the spindle nut, then I'll have to get back to you. Cheers.

SOURCE: Torque Specifications

1. If you are speaking of the large yoke nut there is no "torque spec" per say, instead it is a rotational preload-

From Ford manual:
Use the special tool to hold the pinion flange while tightening the nut to set the preload.

  • Tighten the nut, rotating the pinion occasionally to ensure the differential pinion bearings are seating correctly. Take frequent differential pinion bearing preload readings by rotating the pinion with a Nm (inch-pound) torque wrench. The final reading must be 0.56 Nm (5 lb-in) more than the initial reading taken during removal.
2. If you are looking for the yoke straps that hold the universal in place to the yoke it is 14ft lb for the 4 bolts.

SOURCE: what is the torque specs for the front wheel

Ford Front wheel bearings do have a torque spec. It is all over the new part to torque to MFR spec or damage will occur.
I have no idea what that spec is though.

How do you remove the rear hub nut on a 2004 ford f450 need to get to axle seal

Remove the bolts or nuts at the end of the axle and remove the axle from the axle tube. There will be a little gear lube that will come out that you will need to replace before you use the vehicle again after you replace the wheel seal. That will expose the axle nuts to the axle hub that you will need to remove to replace the inner wheel seal. It's basically very simple once you get the axle out you will see how it all comes apart. Be sure to torque the axle nut and locking nut correctly upon reassembly.
