Why Because you failed to explain what you wanted to be
resolved & most likely went to the wrong shop,They took your
money bur never even diagnosed anything you told them, happens!

What about motor mounts,transaxle mounts,cv axles,worn suspension
parts? Was all that checked?

Was the car road tested with you driving & then switch &
mechanic driving

Don't do that--- no fix--- they don't care

There could be a shifted belt in one of the front tires.Take the 2 front tires and swap them from left to right. This means take the left front and put it on the right front and right to left front. Then drive it and see if the it pulls the opposite way.If it does then you have tire in the front. Also make sure they are both the same size.Hope this helps.Good luck.

These cars nare drive by wire. Most likely you need to replace the TPS. It is part of the throttle.

Pontiac g6 cruise control does not work 95% of time

The most common issue here is the rotating contact under the steering wheel called the "Clockspring" has an open printed circuit ribbon. To change this requires the Airbag and steering wheel be taken off. You must disarm the steering wheel mounted Airbag before work starts, failure to do this can kill you. Read and follow the service manual instructions to the letter.

Price rack pinion

the problem may be that there is a faulty control valve in the power steering part of the steering and it is allowing pump pressure past and turning the wheel. Best have a pressure test done before you spend big bucks as it may be the control valve body that needs replacement.

Steering tracking to the right

Please check for a dragging LF caliper. Then be sure the front tires are at the same PSI. Then be sure the problem is not caused by the tires.*
Miss matched BRANDS,sizes or unusual wear patterns on one or both tires will cause a pull.
Tires look good? Rotate them, one side at a time until pull goes away.
Also, to see if it IS a tire problem, swap left to right and see if it pulls to the right.Easier to do that, first.

One more test: With you hands off of the steering wheel, start the car. If the steering wheel jerks to one side, you may have a bad /plugged spool valve inside the rack and pinion.

* I have seen that happen with NEW tires.

My steering wheel sits to left and the car also pulls left, but when i hold the steering wheel straight the car pulls to the right. I took the car to quick-fit and the charged me for a load of stuff that...

swap the tire from left to right if the opposite happens then you have a tire pull this is known as a radial pull and the fix is either you rotate front to rear or a new set of tires

1986 accord when shifting, giving gas or less gas power shifts?

Jack car up. Hold the front wheel with both hands in the 3 and 9 poistion. Try and rock it towards you and away. If it is easy to move the wheel bearings need replaced.

Take it to an alignment garage and get the tracking/alignment sorted. Are the inner edges of the tires worn?

Push down on the wing hard to compress the suspension and release, if one side returns slowly, new shock or spring is needed. See if you can spot any cracked springs too.

My 2000 durango pulls to the right really bad. I have to keep my hand on the steering wheel at all times

1. Air Pressure in Tires? Are they equal? If so: add air.
2. Are the Tires Wearing/Worn Unequally? If so: New Tires.
3. Get a 4-wheel alignment NOT just a 2-wheel alignment.
During the alignment check the:
Tire Rods
Sway Bar: bushings inespecially
Wheel Bearings.

When my 2000 Villager shifts if kind dips or

That movement is called TORQUE STEER. One front wheel pulls harder than the other under acceleration, and as you say, its only noticeable at the first moment. A renewed front end shouldnt have that problem. maybe some steering or arm ball joints are loose, worn out (not replaced) or simply out of alignment. I advise that you take it for a new front end alignment, the technician will tell you about any part out of spec that will impair the alignment.

Pulls to right

Absolutely NOT true. Pulling to the right is most likely du to an alignment problem for example needs camber/Caster adjustment or may be a bad tire. It can even mean toe adjustment in the front of the rear is off. But excessive pulling can be due to a bent chassis/frame if vehicle was na an accident before. Good Luck and contact me if you need more help. If I fixed ya leave me a FIX-YA comment
