SOURCE: liftgate opens only partially on 2007 tahoe

try removing your shocks/struts for the lift gate. once removed, check to see if they fully extend in and out of the barrel. You may have bent shocks/struts. Also, check to see there is nothing preventing the lift-gate from opening such as a bolt or acorns between the spoiler and the roof...

SOURCE: airbag light stay on 2003 chevy tahoe

The air bag light will remain illuminated if a fault has been detected in the air bag system.
The onboard computer will need to be interfaced with diagnostic equipment to read the fault.
This is also the only way to reset the light.
Good luck, I hope this helped.

1996 Chevy Tahoe liftgate not opening

You have likely got broken wires where they come out of the cab and into the liftgate. pull back the rubber and check them at that point.

I have a 07 Chevy tahoe..the rear door opens halfway than closes??

{: ) Try to disable the power lift system , there is an on/off switch located at the center console or overhead console. Then try to open it manually and see if it will hold at full open. If it falls back, then you have a weak liftgate strut, and you will need to replace both.
Or if you can't disable it for some reason, you can give it extra help while on its powerlift up but dont force too much. If it goes up successfully when you applied little help, remove your hand and check if it goes down. But if you feel that the liftgate wants to return back while halfway, remove your hand and let it be.
Was there a time when your liftgate is open, then starts to close and then reopens again at 1/3 on the way? The cause of this may be a sharp sheet metal edge inside the inner roof panel chafing the liftgate harness. And if you got B153 codes just in case, you may do some wiring checks and remove the panels at the rear roof area and look for that gray connector with 22 pins located under the center of the rear headliner panel.

2005 Chevy Tahoe liftgate won't unlock. The fuse is good. What else should I look for?

You should listen for noises inside the liftgate. When you hit unluck, do you hear the actuator moving? If not, it is probably rusted and/or stuck. If you can get to it, hit it with penetrating oil. This is a common problem on many makes and models!

You have to replace the liftgate fuse, it is marked "ECC" fuse in the fuse panel. The row closest to the engine at the bottom.
Should be a 10mamp
