Question about 2002 Ford Explorer
The front window switches for the front passenger side dont wont engage
There is an internal breaker in the motor this is a thermal protection switch. it sounds like unless it is very cold out the heat (ambient + electrical load) is too much for the switch to take, if durring the failure you have power and ground to the motor you shouldd replace the motor ( the breaker is internal and not servicable, the high amp draw from the motor is the cause of the whole failure) i would charge 1 to 1.5 hours for this service, diag replace and verify.
