The fuse is always the first thing to check when you have a problem. It does no good to change the bulb and find out that it was a fuse. I would try to change the fuse first. If that does not work, you can try to change the bulb. I would run down to an autoparts store and tell them what problems you are having. They should be able to provide you with a fuse or check the fuse for you. If that still does not work, the bulb needs to be changed. Hope this helps!
