All of these circuits are controlled by the key switch. If the fuses for these circuits are good but have no voltage, I would check the key switch next.

The 'stalk' that controls all these functions is faulty. Your truck SHOULD still be under warranty...Take it in.

You need a repair shop or dealer, that has a data
base & the procedure to follow to reset things, after
the air bag went off
