Hey mate, here's what you can do and you, go view and download this video, it will explain exactly how to remove the air intake. As for the hose/s, you will have to bring them with you to an autoparts store and "cut" them to fit the vehicle. Some are curved which is easy to find for other more recent vehicles...Here is the video path:
Also, its a good idea to spray all bolts at least one hour before removal...and be very careful so as not to strip the bolts...watch the video as many times to become comfortable with removal and change all hoses at the same time, replace is the opposite..

Clean your mass air flow sensor with electrical contact cleaner. It's located between your air box and intake when it gets dirty it tricks your car into thinking it's getting less air than it is

If those are fuel lines then fuel would be coming out. There are lines that carry fuel vapor for the EVAP system. If these lines you are looking at are the EVAP lines (sounds like they are) then this would be the cause of the large EVAP leak.

I have a 98 Nissan Pathfinder that will not pass emissions because of all these sensors that arent working. I was told they possibly have a bad wire. Like they all share a common and i have a short...

The first thing to do is to add an additional hard wire ground. Its easy, inexpensive and will help to ensure that a system ground falt is not causing random sensor falt signals to the computer resulting in check engine codes. Attach a new wire from the battery to the block to the intake manifold.I have had this problem and it took a long time to figure it out especially if you have multiple sensors falting. Would'nt think of a central ground falt but it does happen.

I need to replace the knocking sensor on my 1998 nissan pathfinder. Can you please guide me?

to replace a knock sensor on a 1998 pathfinder is a big job.
you have to take out the whole intake manifold, so you can reach the sensor.
if you want to do it by yourself \, first you should have ready all the tools and parts.: including a torque wrench and a set of intake manifold gaskets. you can try here autopartsway.ca for some good cheap parts.
and be ready to work few hours if you do not have much experience as a automotive mechanic.
so, good luck, if you did not do it already.

My 1997 nissan pathfinder p0325 code came up on the scanner, and I need to change my knock censor on the car. I do not known were this part is located on the engine

very familiar with this. it is down under the intake manifolds in the valley of the engine. it is a single wire connector. you must remove the manifolds to replace this item. parts will run you about $100 and take about 3-6 hours depending on your compentance. parts needed are 1. knock sensor 2. intake(upper and lower plenum gasket)set 3. coolant. make sure you drain your radiator prior to doing this as to not allow a bunch of coolant to drain into the cylinders and cause hydrolocking. if this happens you must remove the spark plugs and rotate the engine to spray out the liquid out of the cylinders then reinstall.

The PCV valve is located in the valve cover on the passenger side of the vehicle. The valve is closer to the firewall than it is to the front of the engine. It has a hose attached to it and threads into the valve cover.
