Question about 2001 Kia Sportage
Could be,but recheck cable ends and make sure you cleaned the places your mounting them to,and check battery to see if you lost charge...and make sure the grn. cable is to the frame or engine grn. spot..and pos.wire is going to solenoid and not mixed up when you mounted them.

that is the alternator and vehicle power supply fuse, did u jump this wrong? u will need to replace this fuse before the car will start.
