Question about 1998 Ford Windstar
Car will turn over like it is trying to start but doesn't seem to be getting any gas. it has been making a clicking sound while driving so i am not sure if it's the fuel pump or the fuel relay. where do i find the relay for it?
Check in the power distribution box under the hood. The cover for the box may have labels showing relay locations.

SOURCE: 99 ford taurus will not start
buy a can of carburator cleaner, spray into duct area while cranking engine. Does engine try to start(fire)? If so, find inertia switch (button in trunk). 'reset button just by pushing it. If this switch was triped, fuel injectors or fuel pump will not operaate. If spraying carb cleaner does not help starting then fuel pressure should be checked to rule out fuel delevery problem. AS a precaution, make sure your useing the correct key(original). Security problems also shut off fuel.

You are looking for the constant control relay module- ( CCRM ) see below. The pump will be located inside the fuel tank. Most of the time , its the pump and not the relay but, it wouldn't hurt to check the relay out. Teh relay is housed in the CCRM. Its located behind the engine coolant reservoir.

check the fuses in the car under the dash on driver side ,only other thing it could be is the power wire in the driver door jam could have a broken ground that is one way it would affect all the windows.

check your relay and your fuel filter should be replaced every 30,000 miles
