To look up hundreds of diagnostic codes go to WWW.EDGEPRODUCTS.COM PO480 - Cooling Fan1 Cntrl Circ open. PO685 - ECM/PCM Power relay cntrl circ open. PO794 - Intermediate shaft speed sensor A Circ Interm. Codes that begin with P are Powertrain issues. B= Body, C= Chassis. Transmission issues begin PO and start at 700. I hope this helps you figure it out.

SOURCE: blower motor makes loud noise when on high

I have a 2004 dodge ram 1500 with the same problem, vibrating blow fan when on high, pulled the blower fan out and found a piece of the hinge from the recirculation door and felt the recirculation door sitting up on the vent of its hinge. Crappy engineering once again.

U will have to learn the new trottle body once you replace it. If you need more help visit techauthority.com it has all kind of stuff for mopar applications. hope this helps.

I have no heat inside my cab on a 2003 dodge ram 2500. heater core is not blocked

either you have a bad thermostat or you have a air lock in your heater hoses remember your heater is fed by the hose by the upper rad hose return is the hose going to the water pump, to bleed the air out fill rad leave the rad cap off start engine run for 5 min. the check the coolant level, fill to top of neck replace rad cap tight, K-D tools make a special funnel to solve this air lock problem

What will cause a dodge 2500 spit and sputter when its cold out but not when its hot out

When hot --your working off the oxygen sensors in closed loop,
for fuel trim or control

I would look at all data with a proessional scan tool before &
after you start it.

Then compare to it 10 min later when above 180 engine temp

Some thing is a miss on start up,could be mechanical also

Keep the oil clean & use synthetic if a gas engine --like MOBIL 1

Sounds to me like your choke is malfunctioning. Take the cover off of your carb when cold and see if the choke (top buttefly valve) is closed. It should be when cold. (you do not say what year truck you have so I am guessing as to the answer)
