Very complex hi-tech car

I have a 2004 LS

You need a programmed key,two actually

Then the signal goes to a module behind the
instrument cluster & then to the starter relay
& then you can start the car

You need professional scan tool to get enhanced
codes & then use the trouble charts to diagnose

How is the battery?

Get exact Make/Model of vehicle. Search internet to see how to put BCM (body control module) in learn mode and code it for the key. (For example, some makers ask you to turn ignition on-off-on 3 times).

Engine sensor data error; and charge system data error The truck wont start.

The codes are stored in one of the vehicles control modules. Need a good scan tool to get codes out of modules other than the Engine computer. Simple code reader no good here . These newer cars,1996 and above all have serial data communication networks that all the modules share information on. If one of these modules shorts out it will bring down the whole system , and can cause a no start no crank situation . Snap On Scan Tools 12 4

Take it an have vehicle scan done . Your vehicle has a vast amount of electronics , control modules , communication networks for the modules to share data on . All it takes is one of the wires touching ground to cause all kind of problems . There are modules inside the doors that control power windows , locks , mirrors etc. . Hooking up a scan tool that can check for communications from all modules . Not a code reader . A GM factory Tech 2 would be best . I work for Cadillac ,have for twenty years .

Codes b1650 and b1346

Could your codes be different than mine? I could find anything starting with B, they all started with P.

I found no P1346 code, but found P1650 which is

P1650 Powertrain control module fault (quad driver 2)
This has to do with the transmission and if you have a manual transmission I think it doesn't apply.

If the airbag light is not coming on, this indicates a bulb is burnt out or the airbag control module is bad.

Good luck on this one.

Car will not start

Does the Check Engine light come ON when this happens? Whenever the "Check Engine" light comes on, there is always a DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) stored in the ECM (Engine Control Module). You'll need an OBDII (On-Board-Diagnostics) scanner to retrieve any codes recorded/set in ECM. Once you do this and let us know what, if any codes are set, then we can go from there.
