While the vehicle is in Park, you need to hold down "info" and the enter (<-) key for a few seconds.. that will bring you into advanced options.. I believe oil reset is the first option that will show up. Just select that and it'll revert back to 100%.

most gm models you turn the ignition to the run position(key on engine off) and depress the accelerator 3 times this should reset your oil life.

Standing at the front of the car looking at the intake manifold, its on the right hand side of the manifold about 6 inches down from the valve cover under a black cap with a 32mm top on it.
