Question about Cars & Trucks
You must mean problem with the idle, it goes up and down.
The first thing to check is the coolant level, make sure it is full. the next thing is to check for any vacuum leaks or lines that are off or broken, the last thing is the idle air control valve, try to remove it and clean valve and port, also clean the throttle body, you will need to clean where the flap plate is, clean the plate and body around it.

bank 1 refers to the side of the engine that #1 cylinder is on , and sensor 2 refers to downstream , after the catalytic converter. , this link shows bank 1 on a 2001 nissan maxima V6 being on the firewall side . if you had a 4 cylinder it would be downstream after the catalytic converter .

Primary ignition fault. Reasons: Bad distributor cap (most likely) or ignition control module/ignition coil.
Hope that helps
