Question about 1990 Jeep Wrangler
Hello i just purchased a 1990 Jeep wrangler and would like to do a tune up, I have purchased the tune up kit, The previous owner didn't have the owners manual, can anyone please help me out by leading me through the tune up? Thanks!
A tuneup is easy to do, You don,t need a manual, My 3 year old niece could tune up a vehicle with no help,

pull the lower plug from the transmission, it will be on the bottom or the side on the bottom. replace the plug after draining and remove the fill plug wich is about half way up the side of the transmission. use 75w 90 gear oil in the trans.

Hi, Jeep offers a free download of owners manuals for '04 and newer vehicles. For older models, you can purchase a manual. Log onto this Jeep site to order one. Let me know if you have any trouble finding the manual. Good luck!

caster is adjusted at the rear of the lower control arms. Camber is fixed and cannot be adjusted by normal means (though special off-set ball joints are available to do that) Toe in is adjusted by turning the sleeves in or out on the tie rod ends. None of this should be done at home though crude adjustments can be made in order to get the front end reasonably straight. Adjustments are made on an alignment machine that allows precise adjustments to all you mentioned as well as front/rear tracking.
