It means you have a active diagnostic code in the cars computer. You will have to take it somewhere that can connect to it and read the code to see what code is in it. Hope this helps.

This is the factory installed "Security" light. It blinks to let you know that the security system is active, and to ward off potential theives. It's part of the factory anti-theft system. Also, it is a diode, and consumes virtually no battery power.
Normal condition; nothing to worry about.

I'm assuming that you are referring to a 2006 Altima since you have it pictured the only car on the dash is for open trunk.
