My car just didnt start when i went to start it
If you know that it is your fuel pump, I'll tell you that replacing it is not a one man job. Fuel pumps are generally located in the fuel tank of a car, attached to the under-body. I had a Ford Taurus several years ago and had to do just that. The support straps for the tank need to be removed and the tank lowered from the car to get to the fuel pump. This is one of those things that would require the help of someone with mechanical know-how of cars. Due to dangers of combustion, it's not something you would want to tackle on your own. Be safe and good luck! Check w/ the BBB, Chamber of Commerce, and/or do a Google search for local mechanics in your area.
Are you shure it is the fuel pump, ? End not the battery?

You are looking for the constant control relay module- ( CCRM ) see below. The pump will be located inside the fuel tank. Most of the time , its the pump and not the relay but, it wouldn't hurt to check the relay out. Teh relay is housed in the CCRM. Its located behind the engine coolant reservoir.

Replace the switch.Yes they can be faulty. If that doesn't solve the problem then your fuel pump is causing it to trip out.change the fuel pump.good luck.
The fuel pump is in the fuel tank.First you need to check for spark at any of the sparkplugs and if you have spark then, check the fuel pressure it should be 30-45 psi with key on engine off.
