Power Windows and Turn Signals Not Working - 15A Fuse keeps blowing

The power windows and turn signals on my 2005 Subaru Impreza RS 2.5 have not been working for a while. Every time I replace the 15A fuse in the engine compartment, it blows shortly after. The only repair done prior to that is replacing a front O2 sensor. How can I diagnose this problem? Please advise. Thanks!

    Thanks, but there is not an electrical shop close to me, so I was going to have a friend help me to diagnose and hopefully repair. I'll keep looking. Thanks anyhow. I guess I should have asked for solutions that didn't involve a trip to an automotive electrical shop.

SOURCE: I've got a 1996 Subaru Legacy and the turn signals

Does the emergency flasher work? If not, it could be a connection behind the coffee holder/Emergency flasher switch on the dashboard. I had a mechanic who had to go behind the dashboard and inadvertantly din't connect it properly and neither my flasher nor blinkers worked.

You need to check grounds to the plugs and to the body and frame of your car if all the power circuts are checking out.

1988 subaru gl can't locate turn signal relay

there is no turn signal flasher or relay, its a combination switch, but there is a fuse, in the fuse box under the dash, the fuse isn't mark well, but says;

BACK
TURN
(4WD-AT)

if you have a gl-10 this fuse also controls power windows,
i had this same issue where my turn signals and my power windows stopped working (but my hazards still worked) and changing this fuse fixed all my issues

Dash and shifter lights in 1996 jeep cherokee wont light

Hello and welcome to FixYa . Locate the dial that controls the brightness of the dashboardlights. If the control is not immediately evident. Make sure the brightness control is turned on. If it is and the lights aren't working, the problem may be a bad fuse. Check the fuse that controls the dashboard lights Replace the fuse if necessary. If just one part of the instrument panel is not lighting up, then you have either a burned-out bulb or a wiring problem.
