In the event of a faulty/lost remote control or flat battery, the system can be overidden using two methods depending on the build date of the vehicle. up to september 1999 the ignition key overides the system after that date the digital key overide. The ignition key overide is in the form of a code of 5 digets recorded on a card and attached to owners manual. At the back. Code is also recorded on a tag with ignition key. If lost refer to dealer
