I would think it would be just the Camshaft Position Sensor.I looked up the codes and they say pretty much the samething.

the TP sensor should always be located on the throttle body, opposite the control cable. it kinda looks like a mushroom and has a 3 wire connector attached to it. held to the side of the throttle body with 2 screws.

SOURCE: where is the camshaft position
if u look on the drivers side of the top of the engine the cam sensor is in the block where the distrutor used to go, here is a picture of it
