Question about 2005 Ford Crown Victoria
Blower works fine but blows only cool air. No heating. Checked #2 fuse. Any suggestions?
If the controls seem to work properly, but with no temperature change, diagnostic self test will have to be performed by a professional to find a bad electrical component like an actuator for the blend air door. The door itself could also be damaged so it doesn't move when commanded. Ford may have a technical service bulletin for the issue, which your dealer can look up. It shouldn't cost anything to ask. Sorry I can't help you more.
