Question about Cars & Trucks
1] Make sure that the piston of the clutch master cylinder is not stuck on the compressed position. If it is stuck in this position, nothing you do will work. That means you need to work on this problem first.
2] Assuming that your clutch master cylinder is fine, you will need a helper to bleed the clutch slave. Top off the clutch master reservoir with brake fluid. [This is usually the same fluid used on the brake reservoir.]
3] Locate the bleeder valve on the clutch slave cylinder. This is located on top of the transmission. [Sorry you have to go under the vehicle to do this.]
4] Find a box wrench [usually bleeder valves use a 6, 8 or 10 mm wrench] that will turn the bleeder valve. Leave it on the nut.
5] Connect a tubing [preferably clear tubing] that is small enough to fit snugly over the top part of the valve. Aim the other end of the tubing into a can the size of a soda.
6] Make sure the slave valve is closed. Ask your helper to depress and release the clutch 3 - 4 times. On the fourth time, ask your helper to keep the clutch depressed, [and push it down all the way to the floor if it goes that far] and not to release it,until you say so.
7] Open the valve with the box wrench [1/4 to 1/2 turn] just enough to allow the air/brake fluid to come out.
8] Close the valve.
9] Ask your helper to release the clutch. Repeat steps 6 to 9, until the clutch feels firm. You may have to repeat this process 3 to 4 times to get rid of all that air.
10] Turn the valve off just tight enough so it does not leak.

These numbers Engine and Chassis/VIN number should be written on the identification plate. This plate is located on the inside of the engine bay. It is attached up the rear of the engine bay, right hand side on the firewall. Just in front of the driver in a right hand drive vehicle, in front of the passenger on a l/h drive vehicle.

Basically the one wire from the pump comes thru firewall, and two earths are joint together, one wire to throttle sensor and one to power (both of these are take off from ECU, pin 23, and pin 59 or 61).
-------------- Connection is made to the wiring loom going to the pump, best made by soldering. ------------ Wires to the top wire of pump with a fuse, and to Red 61 or 59, and grey 23 wires at the ECU, and earthed at the pump and body. ---------- The chip wiring, you need to slice into ECU wiring and soldier it and scotch clip wire at the pump. ------------- There are two section in ECU.left and right.Ignore left side section.pin 23, 59 and 60 all in right side section. With all ecu pin facing you.--------- ---------- There are 4 lines in right side section. so pin number 23 is 4th pin in first line.---------- pin number 59 is 5th in the last line( that is 4 th line) and pin number 60 is 6th in the last line( that is 4 th line). Click this link below for more help:--- http://howtobyme.blogspot.com/2011/06/ecu-pin-23-and-pin-59-or-61-for-nissan.html -------------- This should help.Thanks.Helpmech
