Believe it or not, it is the brake switch!!!. I did not believe it either but our 2005 RX330 had the same problem. Car still was running but all lights came ON. Dealer fixed in a short time and replace the brake switch. OK now.
I have a 2005 Lexus Rx330 with HID AFS headlight. My passenger side light went out. I thought the bulb burnt out, so I bought a new bulb. After replacing the new bulb, it happened exactly like my old bulb. It light up lightly and then total black out. What's wrong with it? I thought the ballast burnt. I called Lexus dealer and asked for the new ballast/transformer. Surprised me, they don't know what is it. They told me they only know the wiring harness and the socket, but not the ballast ??????? Could you tell me what do I need to replace?
he fuse box is in the car on the passenger side under the glove box by
your feet. Lay on your back and you will be able to see it. It is about
3" X 2", white with all the fuse info on the cover. Pop the cover and
you will be able to read it better. Hard to read on your back.
The lexus 2004 RX330 owners maual doesn't have the maintenance schedule in it. No charts, no recommended replacement of parts, fluids. Where do I get the RX330 maintenance schedule? ...and not just at what mileage service is due!
